Only thing luxurious is the price. The appartments they showed all smelled of mold and ignored us when mentioned.
I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service we have received from the Ashlar employee, Cheryl. When we were forced to leave your sister apartments at Bay Breeze due to Hurricane Ian, she arranged for the smooth transfer of our lease and insurance to the Ashlar complex and found us an even nicer apartment. Over the last few years she has always remembered my name, my wife's name, and even our dogs name, out of the many hundreds of Ashlar tenants. This complex looks beautiful on the outside, the property mangers and maintenance have been nice and responsive. It's gated and clean. However the renting experience has been stressful. You're paying luxury prices for a gate that is constantly broken, random hidden fees everywhere. People randomly knocking on your door at least once a week. I recently went on a tour with my boyfriend and we absolutely fell in love with Ashlar. The community and amenities are AMAZING and they have an incredible leasing team. Taylor handles absolutely anything and everything we needed and has such an amazing personality that made the tours feel so relaxed and really made the atmosphere extremely pleasing.
