The consultant was nice. $500 a month more for the “upgraded” unit. Current kitchen or an original 1999 kitchen. 🤦🏻♀️
Chose Ashlar because I have friends that already live here and was always impressed by how clean and quiet it is here. Trees and grass everywhere, nice fountain view, nice gym! Cheryl was also super helpful through the entire move-in process.
Picture this…you lived in this apartment complex for two leases, paid your rent/followed the rules and on the final day of your lease (which is specified in writing on the lease agreement that it goes until 11:59pm) the management changes the door code to your apartment while you are away moving your belongings (around 5-7 pm while you are still legally entitled to be on the premises) and TRAPS YOUR CAT inside so after a day of moving in the FL heat and rain you have a mental breakdown trying to get to your beloved animal so... read more
