I went down to the office at about 3:00 in the afternoon about a faulty air conditioner. About when one would expect that all the maintenance tasks for the day have already been scheduled. Less than 20 minutes later there was a friendly man at my door to see what was up. Less than 20 minutes after that the air was blowing nice and cold inside. The Ashlar rocks.
Cheryl was amazing! On Our move in date everything was great! The application and approval processes took only about 20 minutes . It’s quiet . Other residents are respectful. Love the location too as it’s close to everything. Only “complaint” The pool is not heated. 😝
I like the service provided by the office, they are always ready to help. Whenever I needed any maintenance work done on the apartment, they were quick to resolve the issue. To this day, I have no complaints.
It’s almost been a year of me living here and I love it, I’ve had a few maintenance issues pop up and they are always fast to respond. Cheryl gave me a tour originally and ever since has been on top of any of my requests The office does a handful of appreciation nights with free snacks and also coordinates food trucks too The gym is updated and well kept, the neighborhood is quiet and everyone is respectful, I can’t really ask for much more
Bebe was a lot of help and very knowledgeable. Any questions I had she answered thoroughly
