I had the most amazing moving-in experience with Cheryl and the Ashlar team. Front office was very organized and the whole process and email communications were very professional and concise. 10/10 application and moving experience.
They raise rent hundreds of dollars; cop an attitude when you ask about keeping it the same and then have the nerve to ask you while you're moving out
Kudos to Odalis! She did a fantastic job on helping us moving into our new apartment. From looking the for right unit to some modifications of our move in date, nothing but awesome. My wife and I recommend her 100%. Very accomodating and knowledgeable. We appreciate her!
The office staff are very helpful and polite. Anytime I had a maintenance issue it was addressed quickly. The grounds are kept very clean!
Update: August 6, 2025 Still a solid 5 stars! Recently renewed my lease for another 14 months. Renewal increase was only 4%, the original industry standard before the rental market went crazy. In addition to that, I wanted to once again recognize and thank the awesome staff at the leasing office and the maintenance team who truly make the living experience at Ashlar a true delight and pleasure; this isn’t just another apartment; it’s my home.
