This complex looks beautiful on the outside, the property mangers and maintenance have been nice and responsive. It's gated and clean. However the renting experience has been stressful. You're paying luxury prices for a gate that is constantly broken, random hidden fees everywhere. People randomly knocking on your door at least once a week. I recently went on a tour with my boyfriend and we absolutely fell in love with Ashlar. The community and amenities are AMAZING and they have an incredible leasing team. Taylor handles absolutely anything and everything we needed and has such an amazing personality that made the tours feel so relaxed and really made the atmosphere extremely pleasing. Taylor was so helpful with touring and beginning the process of applying. She never didn’t have an answer to a question and was so personable and realistic. We did not end up leading with the Ashlar, but Taylor stood out through the 6 other complexes we toured. She also sent a very sweet and caring message when we informed her we found a place elsewhere. The Ashlar has a great face of leasing.
