People here r awesome, they took 4 hrs to load me but was a busy Monday... Cool thing is didn't mind was walking distance to a few restaurants while waiting

It was one of the best places I've been to load for a very long time. I got there early but instead of being told to come back later was checked in and loaded before my appointment time and was allowed to stay in staging lot to do my break

Best cold warehouse I have ever been to. Extremely nice employees that don't have the typical cold attitude towards drivers. Move the trucks in and out very fast too! Americold need to take some classes from these people. This is the first cold storage I hope I get to come back to!

This is a breath of fresh air in Chicago. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I had trouble sliding my tandems and they even came out side to help. You don't see that to often especially in downtown Chicago. Good people are hard to find in this business.
