My first time at Ashland cold storage awesome experience! Everyone was amazing it did take a little longer as they messed up my order. But regardless everyone was very helpful and freiedly. Specially Jasmin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!!

Backed in right away and loading commenced immediately. In and out in less than 1.5 hours.

Very friendly people. Only issue was after we were loaded, we were informed that a palette was placed on our truck that did not belong, causing us to re-dock. They apologized and promptly removed the palette. Other than that small hiccup, no complaints.
