RecommendedThis is a breath of fresh air in Chicago. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I had trouble sliding my tandems and they even came out side to help. You don't see that to often especially in downtown Chicago. Good people are hard to find in this business.

We are very pleased in the quickness and efficiency of getting loaded. Hubby said the employees were very nice and professional. We are also thankful for the parking area provided for drivers. During the day there are a couple of places to get food if need be, Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins and a food truck are available. I especially like the entrance to the Industrial Park but backing in off the street is interesting.
