A day later (26 hours) past my appointment time finally get a door to load and been in the door 5 hours now. Totally unacceptable!!
Takes to long to load and Unload. and if you are late cost a lot of money.

this place is slow as hell
I had a 1830 appointment and it is 0330 the next morning. I understand they had a power outage this morning but why would you come out at 0330 and tell us the building is being shut down until 0630. why would you not finish the trucks that have been waiting to get loaded? This does not make any sense. completely burned my clock and time for my next load.
Good is they have off street parking. The bad is they take forever to get a trailer unloaded after you pay the fee they require to unload THEIR freight off of your trailer. 3 + hours and still haven't unloaded 1 pallet. PATHETIC
