Skilled but very dismissive if your surgery is not a success or you have any issues. Definately, would not recommend.
I am currently seeing Dr. Lahiji for arthritis that has developed in my foot below an ankle fusion. He has been very thorough in his evaluation and treatment, explaining future options and steps that will be needed to proceed further.
He has been treating my ankle that has rheumatoid arthritis in it. Over the years I have had many cortisone injections. He is the best ever. I am sure he would be excellent as a surgeon but I am not ready for surgery. He does not push me like other surgeons have. I have much confidence in him.
Dr. Lahiji was very thorough and provided me with options. I felt he treated me as a patient seeking answers instead of providing me the bare minimum service because of WC.
This group is the only option for me if I have a joint replacement. The Braves are their patients.
I went to 4 doctors to get opinions on treating my ankle. After meeting with four physicians, doing my own research and asking many questions, he provided the recommendation I was hoping for (backed by another physician I saw in the practice). He explained the risks involved and has been forthcoming with information I should know. I am planning to have surgery in January 2018 and look forward to moving forward.
Dr. Lahiji offers professional service with a great “bedside manner.” He is thorough and readily answers all my questions.
Dr. Lahiji recommended a toe amputation to deal with my hammer toe. He assured me that the toe was serving no useful purpose and that I would be fine after the surgery. That was 8 months ago. Post-surgery, I am in much worse shape than before. The amputation changed the way I weight bear and, as a result, my entire foot aches, my ankle is constantly stressed and the rest of my body has been negatively affected. When I tried to talk with him about this he dismissed my concerns and had no suggesti
Dr. Lahiji is an outstanding physician who explains your situation clearly, listens to your concerns, and is super zen. He treated me for five months for two (yes two) broken ankles, which involved surgery, lots of metal, two casts, a wheelchair plus PT. Zero post-surgical complications and fast recovery. I can highly recommend him.
