I see Dr.Elder for my hip. I have a posterior superior acetabular labral tear in my left hip. My first visit, he looked at my scans and told me my options. He wanted to try all the possibilities before surgery because sometimes these tears will he'll on their own. Mine has not. My second visit, I saw a PA who was nice but didn't agree with Dr.Elder on my diagnosis so we tried something different which still didn't help. I had my first back surgery in 1994 and have been back many times since. Dr. Mullis who is retired did 5 of my surgeries and Dr Barnett did my knee replacement. They are very professional and I have never met a rude person in their office. If not for them I would not be able to get around.
AOA is a great place to go for all of your orthopaedic needs. Dr. Jarrett is the best. He has replaced both of my knees and I have been able to go back to an active life style.
Dr Elder did my knee surgery. I am very pleased with the results. Awesome staff!!
