Dr Gordon Groh preformed a reverse replacement of my shoulder 4 months ago. The replacement was a great success! Dr Groh has been great from the first time I had an appointment til I was released. Perfect bedside manner and takes time with each appointment. The staff from the front office to the x-ray technician was also fantastic and very professional! I will always come back for any orthopedic need I shall have. I will also recommend this practice to anyone who has a need.
Very unprofessional scheduling staff (Sarah) whom changed an appointment time without speaking with me, causing my son to spend an additional 5 days with hardware in his hand due to the lack of communication and follow through.
The front desk staff, with the exception of a few, was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, the doctor I saw was equally as unpleasant. I would suggest seeking treatment from other practices in Asheville.
Customer service is horrible. I've been having trouble with my knee constantly swelling for 6 months now. But not even the doctor can tell me what's wrong. I need answers! It's always a run around trying to get in touch with my doctor and it's very frustrating. Ready to take my business elsewhere.
Dr. Groh is an amazing Dr. I'd recommend him to anyone with sholder or hand problems.
