I had to go through the cost of an x-ray and at no point was it referenced. You were great about explaining the trigger finger, the causes and solutions. It was exactly what the internet said. I think I would have felt much better if you had just said... I looked at our x-ray and this is what I found. Even if it was nothing. At least I know you took the time to look.
Every thing went smoothly. Office personnel and staff were great. Surgery went as planned and sent home with detailed instructions.
