Recent service of our Edge required both body shop and mechanical work. The body shop produced excellent results. The sunroof repair took a longer than expected, the results were 100 % satisfaction! The headliner had been removed and replaced several times, usually that results in greasy fingerprints left behind. No fingerprints were visible. The car was returned clean both inside and out.
Tim Hamm was great to work with and was true to his word on internet sales!
We just bought a king rach and within 2 days of getting it the sync stopped working and the exhaust is messed up---paying over 24k and now getting to spend almost 2k to get it fixed is just what we need. After contacting Ashe County Ford, we are extremely disappointed. We tried to shop and buy local to help businesses in Ashe...and are upset about this happening and how it was handled
We think that it is the only place to buy a car! Roger takes care of us and makes us walk away with a smile.
