In my life I have bought several new cars and NEVER dealt with a dealership as bad as this one. The only reason people buy new cars is to not have any problems other than regular maintenance. My daughter bought her car proudly from here...and that was the only great experience at Ashe County Ford is the selling experience...you know the part where they get their money. They treated me horribly every time I went there. The front desk is rude and never has a clue about anything being done to your vehicle. I had to sit there one day for 3 hours while 9 months pregnant, and they didn't even touch my truck. They told me they had no loner cars. The recall on my truck was never fixed. After going there 3 times, sitting there for hours with no change, I gave up. I will never go back because it seems like there is no knowledgeable people with Ford, even though it is a Ford shop 😥

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!! I’ll never buy anywhere else. Roger Whittington and Kevin Bowers made things so simple and weren’t like the normal “pushy” salesman. They made sure all my questions were answered and that I got the car I wanted. Absolutely amazing!
