The Ashby Confections Chocolate Shoppe specializes in handmade artisan chocolates and other treats. We make a variety of truffles, caramels, marshmallows, pate de fruits, hot chocolate and more. We use exclusively organic dairy products and many other fresh, local, organic ingredients such as Meyer lemons, lavender flowers, strawberries and watermelon. Some of the chocolate that we use is organic and some isn't, but it is all very high quality. Quality is extremely important and we take it very seriously.

Happened by today and all three of us were super impressed by the elegance and expertly woven flavors. One of us makes chocolates regularly, one was a pastry chef and the other a chocolate lover. Soooo delicious!
