The Ashby Confections Chocolate Shoppe specializes in handmade artisan chocolates and other treats. We make a variety of truffles, caramels, marshmallows, pate de fruits, hot chocolate and more. We use exclusively organic dairy products and many other fresh, local, organic ingredients such as Meyer lemons, lavender flowers, strawberries and watermelon. Some of the chocolate that we use is organic and some isn't, but it is all very high quality. Quality is extremely important and we take it very seriously.

Best EVER! The Three AMeados each have their favorite flavor, but I am always up for a new sample. The variety amazes me!
This shop is a hidden gem in Scotts Valley! For anyone needing a quick chocolate fix or a special gift, this is the place. I have been a fan of the dark chocolate Rocky Road (with house made marshmallow) for a couple of years. And now, I'm hooked on her newest creation, "the Peanut Butter Prescription". Large peanut butter cups shaped like pills! To die for....thank you Jennifer and Ashby Confections.
