The Ashby Confections Chocolate Shoppe specializes in handmade artisan chocolates and other treats. We make a variety of truffles, caramels, marshmallows, pate de fruits, hot chocolate and more. We use exclusively organic dairy products and many other fresh, local, organic ingredients such as Meyer lemons, lavender flowers, strawberries and watermelon. Some of the chocolate that we use is organic and some isn't, but it is all very high quality. Quality is extremely important and we take it very seriously.

My wife is a dark chocolate aficionado and has proclaimed Ashby's the best she has ever had. We were introduced to Ashby Confections via a vineyard that offered the chocolates paired with their wine, and it was amazing. While the confections are incredible, the chocolatiers passion for what they create is equally impressive.
We had the very best time at Ashby Confections Saturday evening. Jen donated a wine and chocolate party to our school- MCP High school in Scotts Valley for children who learn different. We sold places to this party at our auction. The event was so much fun. We tried so many of her delicious treats and she paired them with wine. She is quite the showman and entertained us all on her knowledge of wine and food! I got in a lot of trouble buying gifts and yummies for my family. Thank you, Debbie Moore
