The Ashby Confections Chocolate Shoppe specializes in handmade artisan chocolates and other treats. We make a variety of truffles, caramels, marshmallows, pate de fruits, hot chocolate and more. We use exclusively organic dairy products and many other fresh, local, organic ingredients such as Meyer lemons, lavender flowers, strawberries and watermelon. Some of the chocolate that we use is organic and some isn't, but it is all very high quality. Quality is extremely important and we take it very seriously.

Amazingly decadent chocolate! Ours was mailed all the way to Connecticut and was packaged so professionally--including an ice pack! I'll definitely continue to be an online customer!
I Love Ashby's Chocolates, Homemade Marshmallows, & her fresh fruit Sour Strips are my favorite!! She also does custom orders & designs. I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful shop so close to home that I can support regularly. If you haven't been to Ashby's you must go!!
Best chocolate ever. The finest ingredients and everything made from scratch when possible. The turtles are ridiculous. This is the place to experience the best.
The key lime marshmallows are the most amazing thing I ever put in my mouth and I put alot in my mouth
Had the very best marshmallow on a pretzel with milk chocolate and cashews! I was instantly seven years old for as long as I could not finish it! It was so delicious it made me cry out: "May everything in the world be on a stick!" Haaaaa so magical! Can't wait to try Jen's next amazing creation!
Every time I come by to visit I have to get a few of my favorites (HELLO - GHOST PEPPER SALTED CARAMEL!!!) and try at least 2 new types of chocolate. I have not yet found one that I don't just love. She makes it easy to support a wonderful local business
