this is the worst building/management company of alllllll time. Below is a list of things you should be aware of: 1. over charged us more than $1,000 after we moved out. 2. our move out date was May 1st. we moved out on april 30th. They charged us for 1 day rent because they said "rent starts on the first of the month and your lease ended on the 1st". If that's the case, tell us our move out date is the 30th. 3.
