Dr Emma McGrath is fantastic. She is a great listener and my son feels very comfortable seeing her. Reception staff are lovely, especially Sascha.
Our experience with Jo Martin was deeply disappointing. We found the consultation lacked empathy, engagement, and any meaningful interest in our child as an individual. There was little effort to understand the broader context or hear our concerns as parents. The focus seemed to be solely on medication, without a thoughtful discussion of alternatives or long-term strategies. We left feeling unheard and unsupported.
My daughter and I had such a positive experience with Dr Joanne. She is confident, kind, knowledgeable and a great communicator.
Dr McGrath and reception staff were polite, attentive and responsive. We received prompt appointments and treatment in a time of need for our 5 month old.
