Ascot Vale Health Group is a great caring centre. The office staff recently saw how my brother who was only going to get his blood pressure checked, was in a very distressed state and quickly notified Dr Nygen. Dr Nygen soon realised John was suffering badly and quickly notified Footscray Hospital so he could be admitted to the Emergency Department without a long waiting period. I have been coming here since it opened many years ago. The doctors here take time to really listen to your concerns. I make a 1 hour trip to come here. Always feel that I’ve been listened to.
All the people and doctors at Ascot Vale Health group are amazing and caring.
All patients have had their HEALTH RECORDS and personal details hacked and stolen in June 2025. They have only contacted me now about this hack, mid August 2025. They sent a text to me today about this data breach with a link to click on, can you believe that. It went straight to spam on my phone. After calling them l found out that it was true. Even worse the discusting clinic manager was so blase about the hack. I advise all patients to contact a lawyer and report them the the relevant authorities and agencies.
