Bmi have been to back in Form Physiotherapy and Mr Omar is full of knowledge and very helpful and understanding, most of all hr follow exactly what my surgeon says

The other night I called the reception at 5.35ish, I realised I was missing one script and the lovely Amy answered. I was quite stressed out by this time as it was getting late in the day but I really needed my script. Amy was such a wonderful and understanding receptionist and put me through to another lovely Doctor who was able to do the script. I wanted to thank both Amy and the Doctor I spoke to who helped me so much.

Ascot Vale Health Group is a great caring centre. The office staff recently saw how my brother who was only going to get his blood pressure checked, was in a very distressed state and quickly notified Dr Nygen. Dr Nygen soon realised John was suffering badly and quickly notified Footscray Hospital so he could be admitted to the Emergency Department without a long waiting period. I have been coming here since it opened many years ago. The doctors here take time to really listen to your concerns. I make a 1 hour trip to come here. Always feel that I’ve been listened to.
