All patients have had their HEALTH RECORDS and personal details hacked and stolen in June 2025. They have only contacted me now about this hack, mid August 2025. They sent a text to me today about this data breach with a link to click on, can you believe that. It went straight to spam on my phone. After calling them l found out that it was true. Even worse the discusting clinic manager was so blase about the hack. I advise all patients to contact a lawyer and report them the the relevant authorities and agencies.

I find the staff here always pleasant to deal with. Even when they are busy, they still take the time to help.
This is a great local clinic. Even though I have my favourite GP (Kayty), the others are all great and there's no problem if I have to see someone else. The reception staff are friendly and professional, and appointments almost always run to time. And there's plenty of parking and a chemist right next door.
