The staff were all very personable and professional. A great optometrist.
Had the lens pop out of my glasses (not purchased here) and they fixed it super quick with no hassles. Also swapped out nose pads for fresh ones and refused payment, amazing customer service!
Simone gives excellent, friendly service. I have had the lenses replaced in my glasses and ordered contact lenses here. The lenses of all types were good quality, and the eye test was accurate - no trouble adjusting to the glasses and haven’t had to go back. Thank you!
Attended Ascot Vale Eyecare yesterday and was thoroughly impressed. Beautifully fitted out, modern premises and Simone, the optometrist, gave me an extensive and professional eye test. After prescribing the appropriate glasses, Megan spent ages with me making sure I had the right frames and look. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
I LOVE Ascot Vale Eyecare Clinic!! Robert and the rest of the staff are just so charming and always go above and beyond looking after myself and my family (and my eyes😂🤓👁️)! Highly, highly recommend! Fantastic service!
