I had purchased a tractor from ASCO and when I went to bail hay with it for the first time this season, I was having a difficulty with one of my hydraulic remotes. It was after hours and I was able to reach Jared Stanley by phone and he was more than willing to walk me through a very simple adjustment that corrected the issue. There's nothing like having customer service that goes above and beyond what is expected of employees.
We are very pleased with the repairs that were done to our skid steer, but especially they took the time to communicate with us about what was going on with our repairs. Communication is the key to great service. Thanks Katie for all your help.
I took my hay cutter in to Asco in Brenham,Tx to be serviced,the service staff was very helpful in finding what i needed done,they did the service in a timely manner and everything I wanted done was done,I’ll be back to buy parts and have anything else needing service sent their way
I recently had service done on an old Case CX100 tractor both in the shop at ASCO Equipment in Brenham and also at my residence. The service was great both times. Will L. the tech that came out to my residence was OUTSTANDING! Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the issues and made repairs ASAP Staff at the parts counter and Katelyn in accounting are also some of the best with customer service I have received. Great job ASCO team and thank you!
absolutely no customer service whatsoever!! I purchased a GMG 1530 lift from these guys 10 months ago and I'm having sensor trouble with it. the machine will not move at all, and I have yet to get any kind of assistance or help from ASCO service department. I have been calling weekly for the past month trying to get someone to help and I have made it absolutely nowhere. A complete waste of time trying to deal with these guys.
