We moved to the Ascent in March and we couldn’t be happier😊. The staff are professional and help resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Maintenance repairs are handled the same day! We love our unit and the amenities are amazing! Common areas are clean and well maintained, hallways are quiet and the best part of my day is coming home😊
It’s only been 2 months since I’ve moved in, I have had the best experience so far. Moving from Los Angeles to Dallas was a little bit of an adjustment, however, coming home makes me feel at home. The staff is simply amazing. The pool desk is to die for (thank god it’s summer time)! The apartment are so cozy and quiet. So, with that being said, it’s all 5 stars for me and I’m a very hard person to please and I look forward for staying here for a few years! ❤️

As soon as we toured this property we knew it would be our top choice after seeing many other properties in the uptown/downtown Dallas area. I love the rustic/modern style and the apartments are BEAUTIFUL!! The amenities are top notch and we can't wait to be lounging pool side this summer!
Let me start by saying I have been watching this property go up since I moved to the city two years ago. Last week, I finally got the chance to go in with a client and see it and it is just BEAUTIFUL! Definitely one of my favorite properties in Dallas. We got the tour from Jordin who was awesome. She was very friendly and easy to get along with while being professional. She made a great impression on my client and me, and because of that and the general beauty of the property, he ended up signing a lease here.
