RecommendedMy fiance, dog and I have lived in AVP for almost a year now, and we recently renewed our lease for another year. This is by far our favorite place we have lived in Dallas. The amenities and rooms are amazing, and Breanna and the staff ensure you have a great living experience. There are numerous new restaurants around, and it's super easy getting onto any interstate if you need to commute or travel. I highly recommend to anyone interested!
This place is amazing! I love the amenities here, the location, and the staff is really friendly and helpful! Eric was the one I worked with when applying and doing a tour, and then when I needed certain measurements of things prior to moving in, and they didn’t have one of my floor plans empty for me to take the measurements, he asked a resident if he could go in and take the measurements for me!

I highly recommend Ascent! I lived there for over two years and I only left because I bought a house. The amenities are amazing and I actually used them on a regular basis, especially the golf simulator. The staff is very attentive, especially Breanna!
There’s a few things you’re going to find at Ascent you’re not going to be able to find anywhere else. Golf simulator, gas stoves, and a sense of community. Other than that, ascent covers the basics with 5 stars. Great dog park, floor plans, location and finishes. Very unique with the rustic vibe.
