This community has gone down hill! God forbid you have an issue/ concern and need to talk to someone. I have been ignored for 2 weeks now and I have emailed and called several people above the management team here. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism and empathy. We pay a lot of money to live here and there is no care at all . Very disappointed.

Lived here for 3 years now. What was once a fantastic place to live is now a place where management seems to no longer care if anything is done. They like to currently blame unresponsive and nothing being done on Covid where in reality things have been broken or ignored for over a year. Elevators constantly broke or on independent service for someone moving or out. Loading dock gate is constantly open letting anyone access the garage area where we have break ins and cars stolen. I have been living here since August and absolutely love it!! The staff is so friendly and y small maintenance issues I have had were fixed within an hour!! A special shoutout to Eric Fox, he is a rockstar!!! I couldn’t make up my mind on several units and on several different visits he showed me each one several times and didn’t mind at all. Thank you Eric for making my move in so easy and stress free!!!
Absolutely love living here! Great location and amazing apartment and amenities! Excellent staff that has handled both maintenance requests the next business day. Also they put on fun events for residents to get together! Concierge is awesome too! Highly recommend!!!
I’ve been living at the Ascent for about 7 months now and it’s GREAT! Everyone from my former leasing manager Alan & Breanna to the new team Eric and Liz are so sweet & helpful. The building is always clean, the events they throw are fun, and I even made some awesome friends on the different floors. The gym upstairs has a great view and almost everything you need for a great workout ... I just wish there was a stair master. I would highly recommend living here 🥰!!!
The staff is awesome, location is great, and it's very accomodating to our needs. life is surprisingly easier here. Between community towels for the pool, and Hello Alfred (which is incredible). only thing i would change is the trash pick up is pointless because of the trash shoots on every floor.
I have absolutely loved living here! Currently in the soft loft and it’s the perfect amount of space for myself. The staff are so friendly, leasing office always going above and beyond for you and the 24 hour concierge is wonderful!
