Poor Management Pot holes in parking lot, ceiling leaks, no salt and neighbors have been falling and hurting themselves, no complaint ever gets handled properly. New management is just not good.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback with Ascent 430. We want to assure you our new management team is committed to improving and ensuring our resident’s satisfaction, and we are happy to report the contractor for the asphalt is scheduled for Thursday. We have not had anyone report an injury due to a slip /fall in the parking lot; our community is salted when snow/precipitation is over 2” and all salting is done in-house. We sent out an email reminder to all our residents that includes this information and advised in the emai... read more
Poorly Maintained This property was recently sold by NRP to an investment company who has brought in Village Green to manage the property. While NRP stopped maintaining the grounds about two months prior to the sale there has been little improvement after the new management company took over about two months ago. If you take a tour be sure to walk the entire property. They’ve only mulched the front of the property, several tees/shrubs are either missing or dead, there are three growing sink holes in the parking lot, two of t... read more

Great location ! The area and location of this apartment is great ! Convenient to Pittsburgh (25 min no traffic ) the amenities are great, apartments are good sized. Located in a great school district . However, the place is brand new and could either use another pool for all the residents or a bigger pool . Once all the apartments are full you may be fighting for spots on the weekend .
