I highly recommend Ascent 430 to anyone looking for an upscale apartment complex. The staff has been amazing since our first tour of the place and made moving in a breeze. At move in our ice maker didn’t work but the team was all over it from the start. To all the negative reviews about new management or up keep of the grounds, I’m not sure what you are seeing? I walk my dog multiple times a day around the entire complex and have no complaints.
New administration, change for the worst. Not renewing lease.
