Verified Renter Cleaniness?? It's not a good look when the lobby looks amazing then you start walking up the dirty steps dirty hallway and walls. Rust stains dripping, bad stains looked on walks up too room. Old stove looking like somebody just used it and burned stuff once you enter. Least there's fees for everything possible. Workers at the desk were amazing!! Give them a raise with all the fees u charge everybody.
