Not Worth It Beautiful property. Apartments are loud, I could hear everything my upstairs neighbor was doing. When he walked it was excessively loud. I even asked about the noise from neighboring apartments when I viewed the apartment and I was told they were very quiet. My fridge broke 3 times in a one year lease. Spoiling my food two of the times. Fortunately I was almost fully moved out the 3rd time. Dryer never worked since I moved in. "Luxury" is a bit of a stretch. The complex and facilities are nice enough, but aside from lawn maintenance, which happens weekly, the general upkeep is lackluster. Anything that can't be maintained with a lawnmower is neglected for weeks if not months at a time. The apartments themselves are nice enough, but god forbid anything breaks. We've had numerous issues with the laundry machine and work orders are left on read for weeks at a time, upwards to over a month. My Experience I have been a resident at Ascent for several months now and has seen much change due to owner transition a few months back. I can honestly say management has gone above and beyond for everyone the best way possible. I did notice the prior staff had twice the amount employees on site which has played in a role in the frequency of how fast things are done around here.
