I’m in the er now had my call light on for 45mins now and all they doin is lookin at it I’m lookin dead at them and still laughin and talkin amongs them selfs. I'm a current patient, and I'm very dissatisfied with the Dr here at this hospital. I am very very ill and pregnant and the obgyn is horrible here.
Don’t send your worst enemy here...I was pre admitted thru emergency room on a Friday night in November 2017 for a surgery scheduled for Monday morning...after 24 hours, several tests, and several doctors...the surgery was postponed and I was allowed to leave...St John decided to bill my insurance as an emergency room visit when I called to dispute that ...the hospital decided to bill it as observation...I am the patient, the one who is sick yet I am being harassed with a bill that should have never happened and the billing ... read more
I hate this place it’s terror
RecommendedI delivered my first child at Royal Oak Beaumont hospital and had numerous issues. I had no help at all with nursing my son and had a lot of issues with it trying to do it by myself. They just kept bringing me bottles. They were awful. So this time around, I switched to St. John Moross. What a total difference! Not only did I get help from lactation specialists twice a day, but every one of my nurses helped me with the latching issues and nursing troubles I had. 1 hour and 45 minutes before a nurse came in the room for a new transfer. St. John Hospital - main. Your customer service is outstanding!!! And you all know I work in this industry....so for me to put it out there...it was bad......ER nurse was an example of excellence!!! But being transferred to the floor was a nightmare. Never again...
well I called scheduling number to make a mammogram appt everything when good, I show up at location on 12 and little mack I signed in, go t ready for my exam ,then the tech said oh no you can't get it today your last one was Sept 8 of 2017 it can't be in July you have to wait till after Sept 8 or insurance won't pay ,at no time with the scheduling girl did she ask me when my last appt was so I never told her, I did say yes I had it at same locaton last year .
