Been waiting since March for an itemized bill of my brother's hospital stay. Twice I sent POA papers to different addresses and am still waiting. Won't go into the care of my brother.

Was there with my sister as the patient. The waiting area was a disaster with chocolate milk, cups, and trash all over the floor. There were multiple people that were drunk (to the point of smelling the booze when they walked by) that were being seen before my sister who was in a tremendous amount of pain. She was taken to the back and hasn’t been seen by a doctor at all. It’s been an hour and a half. Unfortunately I had to leave due to work, but she is prepared to be there all night because of the lack of urgency in the ER.... read more
Was very disappointed with how dirty this hospital was, how unprofessional some of the staff was and the lack of following HIPPA. I was appalled at actions of nurses in a surgical unit (touching trash cans with their gloved hands prior to starting an IV and another I saw drop things on the floor then pick them up and place them on her med cart.) I would say they need to make some major changes before I would let any of my loved ones go back there.

RecommendedI wish I knew how to thank the incredible doctors, nurses, techs, housekeepers, and support staff in the birthing center and nicu. We are so grateful for them and their hard work. They had great bedside manner and really made my wife and I feel confident and calm through our 4 days stay.
