they put me on a "do not hire list" from my experience with a manager 6 years ago... nobody is able to remove me from this list... they have lied on Facebook and said i can reach out to HR and the matter will be addressed... crickets ... and then im not even able to unsubscribe from the mailing list... telling me how much they need nurses ... 😂😂 yeh...never !!!

After speaking to several POC applying for rehabilitation positions, there appears to be discrimination in the rehab department. My curiosity was peaked after an applicant with twenty- five years of experience, agreed to the pay rate was not granted an interview. Then it dawned on me, several years ago I completed a rehab clinical at this hospital. Again, zero people of color employed in this department. I'm going to contact the EEOC to look into this matter.
Joke of a hospital, staff, and management. If you come here expect to die. as of Tuesday, march 31st. 3 phlebotomists quit over night so expect blood draws to be slow to nonexistent. as of Thursday, april 2nd. i was discharged and was never returned my driver's license.

Although my fathers care at St. John’s was acceptable the customer service in the billing department has been ridiculous. Without a doubt 10x worse than Comcast and Verizon combined. Since September I have talked to about 15 different people about an over paid bill (of course if it was and under paid bill I would get multiple call backs). Each new person I talk to I have to re-explain the situation and they assure me this will be taken care of and I will get a call back to me, tomorrow. a very caring family oriented Health System and it just works for me all my doctors are through Ascension I just love it
I’ve been trying to get my son’s records through the patient portal for three months. All they can offer me is a lack of communication, and dead end answers. And that’s after the NICU staff laughed in our faces after our son was born. I wish I went somewhere else for his birth, because thanks to the incompetent team I had, what was supposed to be the best day of my life, the birth of my son, was a nightmare instead.
