What have you done with your website? I used to be able to log into my patient portal and look at my medical records now it is impossible. All I want to do is check my results of some blood work I have had done. I visited my doctors office, had my blood taken but now I can't log in and get my results online. In your efforts to "improve" your website you have only succeeded in making things more difficult. What are you trying to do, stress out your patients so they are admitted to the hospital?
Nurses around 7am here are extremely rude and not apathetic. Only positive is quick sign in.
I was seen in the ER on Wednesday because a specialist said my jaw was dislocated. After getting the run around from several different places I was so frustrated and just wanted someone to help me. The doctors came in and told me that "St.John would be my last stop" and they would do anything they could to help- even do the sedation that day to reset it if need be. My daughter is 19 years old. She was in the pediatric department for 4 days. All the nurses and doctors were super great. Except for Brian he is a nurse aide, actually he worked in another department and was filling in. This guy was no help and rude I asked him several times for a gown for my daughter and water he never came back with either. His hospital phone kept ringing he wouldn't answer it. He said please stop calling me. He was using foul language under his breath. Thank God the night ended and he never came back.
I want to thank all the staff at st. John Providence and dr. Michael Taylor for a great surgery and a great experience it's always a great experience when I need help
Just had surgery and afraid surgery I had to pee sure they gave me a bed pan which I filled up but I had to sit on the bed pan full of urine for 45 mins because people wanted to talk about holiday plans smh. One nurse asked me if I was itching I told her yes and she still left me there I was so embarrassed this all happened today sad excuse for Hospital
