Horrible food and horrible customer service for patient families. Absolutely no communication between staff and patients. This would be the absolute last hospital I would choose to use if I ever need medical assistance again.
Tomorrow I go home after a successful neck surgery by Dr. Andrey Volkov. I am on 7 North. The team here is beyond the best! I have been blessed to be cared for by exceptional physicians, nurses, PCTs, OT, PT, OR team, housekeepers , dietary and even the security guard who asked God to bless me when I arrived Thursday morning for surgery! I have been made to feel safe, whole and cared for as though I was the only patient here. The best medical and surgical care from the best hospital in the nation!

I was in on 08/11 for surgery. Every single staff member made me feel absolutely comfortable and calm. The nurse, Linda, who assisted me in pre/post-op was very friendly. It was a very smooth experience from beginning to end. Good job!

Been going there for infusions for the last 8 months. Some or the nurses are super some need to go back to school .bedside manors are the not the best. Had surgery there 3 times in the last couple years with mixed results. The nurses helpers are more concerned than the nurses. The cardiologist from east side cardiologist team are super and explain everything to a T. I like this hospital on 7 mile and Mack better than the one on 12 mile and Hoover. The pulmary of Dr Grady and Dr ventimigla are the best in the business . Hats ... read more
