I was running late for a simple weight check and called in asking what the grace period was, they said 15 minutes on the phone. I ultimately got there 9 minutes late, and they didn’t want to take me in, saying that their grace period was actually 10 minutes (I still should’ve been fine).
Nora at the front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me straighten out a billing issue in minutes after being deferred back to the office by the billing department. I also recently had the pleasure of being seen by Ashely Capodarco, APNP. She listened to my concerns and made sure to address them all before leaving her office. The main building has plenty of handicap parking as well as general parking. The lobby is clean, modern and cheerful. There are multiple wheelchairs by the entrance for anyone who may need it. There is a beautiful curved staircase as well as 2 elevators. There are many companies in this building. The hallways are clearly marked and everything is very clean. The Breast care clinic with Dr. Golner is fantastic. Everyone is understanding, caring and in a pleasant mood. There is no wait time for your appointment. The waiting roo... read more
I was there at 5:30pm and everyone was gone. Doors were locked. It says in your web page you are open until 6pm. Took a painful trip for nothing.
