I love Presence St. Joe's! All of our doctors are there and I've never really had any issues with the staff when visiting or staying as a patient. However, I came in on Friday, October 28, 2016 with our daughter who is non verbal and has severe autism. She has the cognitive level of a 1 year old, so communication is very limited. Anyway, this is the 2nd time I've brought her and had issues with a lab tech when trying to draw her blood. This hospital had kind staff who actually listened to me. This is definitely the best hospital I've been to in the area!
