My first time here bringing my mother for a test. We were told to be here at 6:15 a.m. We were very prompt. We went to registration to check in which took 5 minutes. At 6:20 we were told to go upstairs and wait in the waiting area because the nurses do not start until 7:00a.m. When asked why we were told to be here so early we got a typical non response. We are currently waiting in a dark room, no lights to turn on anywhere. This hospital clearly does not respect patients and family's time. I'd like to bill them for wasting ... read more

I was made to move bedrooms at 3:00 a.m.! I wasn't given an choice, nor was I given any incentive to do so. Take my food off of my bill, gift card for the hospital shop. Something!

Had and appointment with my PCP everything is fine very good attention love it every friendly staff
