The wait was not long the staff especially waiting room security guard was friendly but the doctors didn't seem to be interested in my injury and they put wrong description on my discharge papers didn't like that at all ..,

Ayer tuve una cirugía en mi rodilla y desde q llegue me atendieron muy bien todo el personal las enfermeras los doctores el intérprete todos . Me sentí muy segura y confiada desde mi llegada hasta q salí .Trataron de hacer mi estancia muy cómoda se me hizo una d mis mejores experiencia en un hospital . Gracias a todos por su entrega y humanidad hacia los pacientes .

They were very good with my Ladybug. She is only one years old. Took time to explain what was going on, and how they were going to treat her.

I love the fact that my doctors are working at this hospital but there were some rudeness going on during my stay. I was confined from Dec. 19th to Dec. 22nd and I didn't like some of the staff's rude behavior. My husband was trying to ask a question but the lady nurse turned him down and was told to ask someone else without even hearing what the question was. That's the first incident. I would like to say I loved the reason I was there But..The staff are so compassionate and genuine and so eager to go the xtra mile to make us feel like family not patients An extra thanks to Mel

Decent experience but wouldn't want to see the bill for any length of stay therein
