This hospital in Florida is a terrible hospital and has 11 remarks against it and they have killed several people in a couple days during the time I stayed there all because they overdosed people on a blood thinner medication they didn't think to check into during the time of the person's bleeding and purposely let them bleed out..I have several people who complained to me about that hospital during the time I was there and they never told anyone else there but me..And when I found I tried to remove my husband but they would... read more

This is not specific to the Franklin location, but the entire Ascension SE Wisconsin. Terrible place that doesn’t support the victim of a HIPAA violation. Recently requested my medical records be checked for unauthorized access due to my ex and his girlfriend being employees of Ascension Wisconsin. This review is for the St. Vincent's Health Center - Mandarin. Specifically the primary care services they have at the center. They are not up front with their prices and not following up with my bloodwork results. I went in for a routine physical, which my insurance covers 100%, they end up charging for new patient visit as well which is now costing me over $150 out of pocket. Mr. W****** was contacted by the office manager and his concerns discussed. All billing issues were resolved to his satisfaction. The Lab issue was investigated. A breakdown in the process for assigning results to the proper provider was discovered and corrected. Thank you for assisting us in providing a better experience for our patients.
I had an appointment today for a simple biopsy on my right breast to check for cancer. Supposedly an in and out appointment with nothing more than a local needed. First, the 'greeter' hassled me over my personal mask (which has to be sterilized in hot water due to severe dust allergies) but never once offered to take a temperature check to see if I were actually sick. If I could give n$egative stars I would, I originally called because I was told by 1) my referring physician Ashraf Abbas at Ascension Medical Group, (*2) the schedulers at Ascension Medical Group, and 3) the schedulers at St. Elizabeth Hospital that a procedure would cost under $50. I didn't believe it when I first heard this which is why I took the extra steps of calling to verify with additional people prior to having the procedure done. In my 72 years I have never had was a worse six weeks in my life .I spent a year in Vietnam and saw my share of combat. St. Elizabeth Hospital treated my wife as some piece of trash. My wife was admitted to the hospital on Nov 24th because she fell down at home and could not get up. The staff at Ascension St Vincent South treated my mother horribly. She is elderly and was very sick, but this did not prevent nurses from neglecting her for hours on end and not responding to her calls for help. They would not allow us to stay with her at night due to Covid, but she actually contracted Covid from nurses who treated other Covid patients and brought it to her.
