Saint Vincent in ************, 86th street, was horrible with their nursing staff. *********************. She really was rude and inconsiderate when I called because we could not get my sons meds and his sugar was climbing.

I have tried for 2 months to schedule an appointment for my annual mammogram which my doctor wrote order for in June. When you call there is a message that you can schedule on line. When I attempt that I get a message to call a number in 488 area code while I'm in 850. When you call that number all they will do is transfer you after asking all your personal information, especially insurance. I have been regularly visiting my OBGYN for wellness visits for a couple of years now and she started a plan with me to look into irregular periods and hormonal changes. She is fairly busy, so I am used to seeing other doctors in the practice. However, my disappointment comes from being told my 1 hour, outpatient IN NETWORK surgery was covered and then I got a bill for just under $95,000! I have to provide my updated ID at every appt. After verifying my name and address change at every appt for the past year, they sent private medical information to my maiden name at my old address and now someone has my private medical information and is harassing me. It took multiple calls to Ascension billing to get this corrected. I have yet to receive a statement to my correct address/name. Again with the same billing issue we had a few years back, and wasn't resolved until I complained to the BBB. So here I am again with the same issue. The VA hospital requested the the Ascension ************** in **********, ** do an annual mammogram. I've had this done here in the past. I went to my primary care physician in January 2023 for a routine sick visit and Ascension Saint Agnes did not bill my visit or insurance properly. I have called the billing department five (5) times since January to have it corrected for the wrong code and to have resubmitted to insurance. I have **** and even had them involved. I have had nothing but a horrible experience with billing at your Macomb Township St **** Ascension. It has caused three years of stress anxiety time and money, and my husband use to work for IT Ascension Health, still today I am having billing issues now from a procedure on 11 17 22 and it was double billed and B illed incorrectly and now they are trying to collect again it's fraudulent.
