If I could give negative stars I would. Very unprofessional. ***** wrote down fake vitals for my grandson. We waited 3 hours and we finally walked out. Then the scheduler called me and said she was going to call cps. Do not go here.
I have been waiting over a week to get a refill on my seizure medication submitted to my pharmacy. After numerous calls being unanswered, no interaction with my pharmacy, I took a drive there. I visited the ** in late January after cutting the top of my right ankle. The cut was about 1 inch deep and 4 inches wide. After taking some Xrays and "feeling the tendon move" above the cut, they stitched me up and sent me home in a walking boot.Rather than returning the ** or my PCP to have the stiches removed (as advised), I met with a specialist who immediately scheduled surgery to repair the tendons in my foot. Signed up. Paid my first month's premium. They show that I never paid despite me having the transaction on my bank statement AND the receipt they emailed me. Now I am being double charged. Cannot reach ANYONE on the phone. Good look getting customer support here. At this point I am just going to cancel my account. No interest in being a customer of this company. **** dispute the charges with my bank. Be warned!
Horrible billing and customer service!It all started in March 2022. Deductible payment was due upfront before appt. Because I had other pending insurance claims that had not come in yet, I wound up ******* the hospital. When I requested the refund the billing **** couldnt find my payment. I have unable to get payment for cataract surgery that was approved by Ascension Complete, their ******** plan. The surgical out patient surgery was performed at ********** Services East on July 29, 2021. Both I and the out patient facility have exhausted every avenue for help within the Ascension system. What makes this so bad is that was a more than 20 year employee of St Vincent's at the time of the surgery. One of two eye surgeries, one on each eye one month apart, and one has been paid in full. The ** missed a glaringly obvious pneumothorax!We took our 16 year old son in with severe chest pain; we suspected pneumothorax and stated this.They did an X-ray, and said that they did not see a pneumothorax, but that the machine was so bad that it likely wouldn't show a small one.The next day, my son still in pain, we went to Express Med where we explained the situation, and what we suspected. I have not gotten my health cards. I cannot reach them on the phone. I was on hold for over an hour and no one ever came. I have a health concern and I called my Doctor Who was on it when I signed up and was told that this is a terrible insurance company, and that they have asked to be off of their website and they are still on it, my gynecologist is not on it. **************** is not on it and my hematologist is not on it. It was completely misrepresented when I signed up and this is a fraudulent company I believe.
My mother was at the facility for 17 plus months and currently passed away at the facility. No one has reached out since with any condolences. Nothing. Every time I have called to speak to someone no one ever answers and they have not returned any phone calls.The funeral home has tried repeatedly to get a hold of someone for a signature on the DEATH CERTIFICATE. When she was there they did not follow the activated healthcare POA. I was not notified during this time of her health status or what medications she was on.
