Understaffed and too many caseloads to handle. They don't care about their patients. They often refer their patients to other behavioral health centers, just to get them off their hands. They don't return your calls. It's extremely difficult to get in with the psychiatrist. The turnover rate for the therapist there is unbelievable, they go through them quickly. Ascention all saints in Racine is very intimidated with prejudices. Too afraid to do things according to the rules because there receptionists are too intimidated by color to do things right. Rules are rules if I have to take a number so do you . Don't looke me with my number and then go ahead and help the other person you know doesn't have a number. I quit all health care as a result. Ascension Medical Group St Vincent billed me $10.00 for fees that my employer are supposed to pay for a employment screening. I was told by my employer that they pay for it.
This ER department triaged me as a level 5 when I was 10/10 pain with a suspected eptopic pregnancy! They allowed someone who’s “finger hurt” go ahead of me. Do not go here if you have life threatening illnesses or injuries they WILL leave you out in the waiting room balled over in pain and bleeding
my aunt is in hospice, we were severely mislead. we were told we could all (7 of us) be there, but only 3 in the room. ok fine. then we were told we have to wait in our cars. this is the worst and most uncompassionate hospital. they have NO regard for human emotions or how to treat people whose loved one is hours from passing away. i would highly recommend NOT coming here for ANYTHING, EVER. we did have a few nurses before hospice that were excellent though. i understand hospital policies, HOWEVER, they put her on the covid ... read more

I went to st marys because I felt like i was going to die. they told me I had covid and they couldnt treat me and that I should go to the emergency room. I walk across camus to the emergency room and waited 7 hours they removed my name from the board. i was waiting outside they siad was fine they wont forget about me then they forgot about me. after 7 hours of waiting they ran out of time for me I still have not been seen. MY Brother A ******** was received in Sacred Heart hospital in Pensacola Florida, on 8/8/2021. He had CORONA VIRUS and other ailments. He was literally kicked out by a security guard on 8 22/21,i he was still very sick. His sons had to drive around trying to get him in another hospital, He was confused and unstable. I tried to find out who the Doctors and nurses were, to no avail. My brother is a Veteran and a great family man. This hospital is dangerous and cruel.
