I am an RN by profession and I have been to this hospital as a patient. A lot of the healthcare staff I met here hate their job and only show up for the paycheck. I was not impressed by the care nor their attitudes. Out healthcare system in their county is broken and embarrassing...they do not care for the patient, they just see patients by their symptoms and prescribe medications, they do not look at the patient as a whole and do not get me started with the RNs that talk about the patient and families behind their backs and... read more
My wife had a heart treatment this morning and had the finest medical staff taking care of the prep for her. We would like to express our thanks for her procedure from Megan and Andrea. Two of the best in the medical field at Providence Novi.
