Very good staff.
When I approached the observation nurse about my sister, they were rude and condescending. The charge nurse would not take my complaint. I have yet to hear back from the unit manager. This other issue is with the monitor cable they hooked up to her. Disgusting! And the parking for visitors is like walking a football field! Horrible facility.
