I have been an Ascension Novi patient with four different doctors, including my primary care, OB/GYN, nose surgeon, and wrist surgeon. I was very disappointed with the care I received. My knee pain was minimized. The doctor was late and seem offended that I asked for an ETA as to when he would show up. He hustled me out of there as if I was a nuisance.
The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because of the front office staff. And even though my particular Phlebotomist was very kind she needs more practice. I gave her a great vein and she even used a butterfly extension and STILL i have a huge bruise on my arm. She either should use a 27g needle or PAY ATTENTION that the need does no rotate. I have had blood drawn there before and it was perfect - to me zero excuses for this to happen it's all due to her poor technique. Wendy Brighton
