I came here with concerns of my period I haven’t got it for a few months. I insisted the doctor give me a transvaginal ultrasound which I just preferred to be on the safe side. She refused and just briefly put her fingers in and said YUP ALL FINE. As soon as I walked in today, the receptionist said "Hello. Last name?" Which, I replied "Good morning, I'm unsure which last name was used as my husband made my appointment for me." She rolled her eyes, sighed, told me if my last name doesn't match what's in the system, I cannot be seen." Rescheduled on me TWICE and never informed me about the location change and cancelled my appointment. Super unprofessional I am very disappointed.
I truly don’t know where to begin…I now have PTSD and have a plethora of issues after my birthing experience. Dr. Naik argued with me, was beyond disgusting throughout my labor. I was told by the nursing staff how unprofessional the entire team was and should report events that occurred. Their practice has insanely high c section rates.
