Dr. Crooks Babu and her staff are very kind and take the time to answer your relevant concerns. However their website should post their office hours and phone-line hours, and these should accommodate people who have to work 9-5 and have trouble getting time off to get an appointment or to simply leave a urine sample, etc. as a follow-up to a medical test. If they did that I would have given them five stars.
