I have been seeing Dr. Pathak for a while. She has always been respectful and attentive. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful as well.
I have told my family that if something happens to me make sure not to send me to Ascension. Was There near the end of May. Sat/laid down in the ER in Real bad pain in my lower abdomen for 3+ hours. Went to the counter after 3+ hours in pain and said I was leaving, was told to wait 10 more min I was about to be called back, They where Given 30 min. I left. Worst experience of my life. Made an online appointment for an annual physical. Called the day of and confirmed my phone number and contact details. Upon arrival they say the doctor can't see me and they don't have my information on file .They said I contacted the call centre and not them. I literally called the number listed on the website.And then they tried to blame the problem of online scheduling and their call centre problems on me and act like I did something wrong.
