I cannot wait to pay my truck off and leave this credit union. I would give them negative marks if I could. By far the worst experience I ever had. I called to refinance my truck. When I didn’t get a call back or email back I decided to forget about it. That is when the lady finally called me back and I told her I was not going to go through with it and not to run my credit.
