Left a check to be deposited in the night drop around 7:15 yesterday morning. After an email and call to the credit union after lunch I was assured it would be deposited they were running late from the 3 day weekend deposits. I had a missed call with half a ring (no time to answer)from them at 530 yesterday and when I tried calling right back of course it was after hours. No one left a voice mail or anything. They don’t answer calls. They transfer who your suppose to speak with, then you get no answer. Leave a message and NO return call.

5 days later no phone call returned loan not even started.
Getting real tired of my direct deposits not going into my account just because it's on a weekend. y'all are open on Saturdays so why not. Been banking here since I was a kid and you were located in the old Bank of Gonzales building on the top floor. never thought about leaving til now. why are you not crediting my account when you are supposed to according to the date on the check????
