The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! My wife and I applied for an auto loan and we are going on a week with no response. I’ve called and called. The vehicle we wanted is now sold because of the delinquents working there! People get your stuff together! It doesn’t take a week to process a loan!

In the process of selling a mobile home and the buyer is using this credit union and it has been a complete headache! Going on two months and the young lady buying from us is still going “through” the process. The particular lender she is dealing with seems to never have any answers, don’t answer phone calls, and seems to be going at her own pace. Flat out ridiculous!
