I’ve been banking with Ascension credit union for years. However, over the last year I’ve seen a steady decline in customer service. Most recently, I called to request a change of address form be emailed to me. The lady said she would and never did. A few days passed and on May the 9th I called and spoke with Anastasia Doucet. She immediately emailed me a change of address form and confirmed that she would be issuing my debit card (which is expiring on May 31st) to the new address. Was trying to get into a Mobile home and tried using them for a mortgage. Waited and waited for an answer for 3 weeks. Finally called Tiffany over and over again. She refused to answer any of my calls. Left several messages. It took me asking her coworker to get her on the phone. She wasn’t even kind enough to call me back and tell me I was denied.
