I had such a pleasant experience. From the front desk to the nurse and of course Dr.Adams. In fact I recommended him to a good friend of mine just yesterday complaining of hormone issues. He took his time with me. Actually listened to my past history and is making every effort so I can be healthy again. For that alone I'm grateful. They most certainly deserved five stars!
Love this place, Bryn Bertone, the Aesthetician, did a wonderful job addressing cosmetic issues with my skin and treating them accordingly. Dr. Adams has also been very helpful in diagnosing and prescribing for my challenging skin. My face has never looked better. The Image facial as well as the products Mrs. Bertone recommended have worked wonderfully. I will certainly continue business with this establishment.
I'm not usually a person to complain but I am so disappointed with this facility. I was not happy with the way I was treated with the staff so I did not plan on coming back. Then I received a bill from the credit bureau saying that my bill was past due. I have not received any statements since the last time I made a payment. On top of all of that I was also charged a $40 no show fee for a follow up appt that I didn't even schedule. Sarah is a fantastic Nurse Practitioner. She always answers all of my questions very patiently. The entire staff is very friendly. This is one of the few doctor's offices that I highly recommend.

I have been coming here for years since moving in this area. Love the staff and dr adams. I would recommend them amytime. Wonderful place and are very concerned about your needs.
