I’m so disappointed in Dr. Adams. I received Botox on January 11. I received 40 units and spent $400 for it to wear off in a month. I came in today to discuss this and he said he could give me a discount at $9 a unit or a $100 credit.... If a customer is not happy why wouldn’t you fix it. So I basically flushed $400 down the drain. I’ll be reporting this the the state board and let them investigate whether she should be giving injections. Because I always thought you had to be an MD, NP, PA, or RN!
Everyone that works their is wonderful! 10/10. Best thing is they always can get you in soon for appointments. You do not have to wait 3 months like other places.
